Joe is responsible for all activities of the company, including prospecting for new opportunities, overseeing existing investment asset management initiatives, and managing partner, investor and lender relationships.
Joe has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, value enhancement and disposition of institutional and private real estate, focusing on multi-tenant office, retail, and industrial assets. During his career Joe’s has been responsible for the acquisition and asset management of nearly $4 billion of commercial real estate spanning all major asset classes.

Most recently, Joe was the Co-founder and Director of Asset Management for Tryperion Partners, a boutique value-add real estate fund manager focused on direct and joint venture investments located in inefficiently-priced secondary markets. During his tenure, Tryperion generated average annual gross returns on realized investments of nearly 30%, never losing capital on any investment. Joe directed all facets of the business, including acquisitions, asset management, reporting, and portfolio management, and was a member of the investment committee.

Before co-founding Tryperion, Joe held positions with Capital Realty Advisors, where he managed a portfolio of value-add and opportunistic investments across all property types, and CenterSquare Investment Management, where he was responsible for coordinating all underwriting, due diligence and documentation of core and value-add investments nationally.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School (Magna Cum Laude, Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Arts and Sciences (Magna Cum Laude, International Relations) at the University of Pennsylvania, and is active in numerous real estate trade organizations. Joe enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
